| 業務内容Job Description | Senior Software Engineer ? QA Platform Development ■Position overview Cybozu is hiring software engineers to build a new quality assurance and test automation platform. Strong development and coding skills are essential; experience with test automation is welcome but not required. The role focuses on creating tools, frameworks, and infrastructure for large?scale continuous testing to ensure high product quality. ■Key Responsibilities ? Build and maintain test platforms and automation frameworks for web and mobile (Android/iOS). ? Automate end?to?end scenarios for key user flows. ? Conduct load, performance, and cross?platform testing. ? Perform manual tests for complex, non?automatable cases. ? Prepare clear test documentation. ? Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with engineering teams. ■ Additional Expectations Based on the official requirements: Write high?quality, maintainable code in TypeScript and Python, applying software engineering best practices. Demonstrate strong debugging, analytical, and architectural skills to design scalable testing systems. Contribute to the adoption of new technologies such as automation tools (Playwright/Appium/Selenium), performance suites (JMeter/Locust), AI/ML?based testing, and modern frontend stacks (React). |
| 必要経験Necessary Experience | 【必須要件】・Minimum 5 years of professional experience in B2B software development. ・Strong coding skills in TypeScript and Python. ・Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ・Passionate about test automation with a strong ability to apply creative thinking to solve testing challenges.【歓迎要件】・Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and Espresso). ・Experience in the implementation of automated end-to-end (E2E) test frameworks. ・Knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured, gRPC). ・Experience with performance/load testing (e.g., JMeter, Locust, LoadRunner). ・Exposure to modern frontend stacks such as React. ・Experience in applying AI/ML techniques in testing. ・Familiarity with web communication protocols (gRPC, OAuth2/OIDC). ・Infrastructure experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms. |
