業務内容Job Description [Mission] Passionate and imaginative UX writer sought to support global expansion of one of Japan leading SaaS providers. Work will be on all areas of UX strategy and design, chiefly writing product UI content in conjunction with Japanese designers. The role will be within the product development division global team. Joining this small multinational team of engineers, designers, and strategists, you will have influence on the direction of the product strategy, also working together with our Singapore-based sales and marketing staff to help deliver its value to international customers. [Responsibilities] ・UX strategy, design and writing for its product related content, chiefly UI. ・Reviewing and amending existing content. ・Supporting the localization of the products from Japanese to English. ・Depending on the candidate skills, he or she may be given additional responsibilities to further support our international expansion, including supporting other products. We believe there is much more we need to do to improve our products, services and branding for a global market. With this in mind, we want to hire international person to work on our global products.
必要経験Necessary Experience [Skills & Requirements] ・Immaculate written English. ・A confident and forward-looking understanding of user expectations and needs. ・An understanding of current trends in UX strategy and design. ・The ability to take the lead, inspire colleagues and manage projects. ・A strong sense of design and up-to-date knowledge of global market standards. ・Ability to create rough designs/prototypes in applicable software (Sketch/Indesign/Illustrator) strongly preferred. ・A reliably perfectionist attitude to work, able to quickly notice even minor errors (part of the role will include reviewing and editing work done by Japanese staff). ・Native level English. ・Conversational-level Japanese preferred but not required. [Japanese Language Skill] Japanese ability is not strictly required, but at least conversational ability is strongly preferred. Output will all be English, but communication with colleagues may require Japanese.
