【ベトナム】Sales Manager

| 業務内容Job Description | ■Background of this position Replenishment due to internal transfers ■Main mission ・Be responsible for managing a sales team ・Find new customers within the target market definition and manage customer relationship ■The detail of the Job to achieve profitability goals (Japanese customers) ・Build up and maintain strong relationships with customers ・Manage all sales activities, make and implement sales action plans ・Be responsible to achieve profitability goals ・Discuss contracts & agreements with customers ・Collect advertising materials & ensure the proper printing of advertising materials ・Develop advertising, PR, direct marketing, media ・Trade fair holding and events ・Collect all requests of the customer ・Draft quotation and send to distributor/customer as requested. ・Follow up on the quotation and arrange purchase order. ・Follow up and remind customers to make payment ・Update and maintain the sales and marketing AM16 documentation and databases. ・Coordinate with suppliers such as Logistic & transportation company ・Accomplish other sales and marketing-related tasks as needed that are assigned by the direct manager. |
| 必要経験Necessary Experience | ■Required Skills/ Qualifications ・Bachelors degree, preferably in Sales Marketing, Business, or a related field ・Minimum 3 year experience working ・Good English skills (4 skills) ・Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web searches ・Candidate who has experience in office Interior work, office design, and office furniture is preferred. ・Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to details. ・Priority to candidates who have worked for foreign companies, especially Japanese companies. ・Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team, adapt & work under high pressure, honest, and work overtime when necessary. |
