| 業務内容Job Description | 【ミッション】配下メンバーとして、ディーラーと密に連携を取っているテリトリーMgrが４名おり、そのマネジメントが主に担っていただきます。業務割合としては、マネージメント：6-７割、社内関連部門との折衝・Mtg：３割、その他ディーラー向けの研修講師も稀に発生します。Supervise, guide and motivate a team of sales personnel to achieve sales target and drive customer loyalty across several regions within the responsible market. ～補足～・マネジメント規模：4名程度・出張：月1～2回程度→4人のテリトリーMgrは、関東（首都圏、北関東）、東海、北信越、九州エリアを担当しており、このエリアでの出張の可能性がございます。・ディーラーとのやり取りは日本語・社内の関連部署とのやり取りは主に英語、Mtgも英語で実施多数あり。・上司は日本人ですが、CFKKの社長は外国籍のため、英語でのコミュニケ―ションの場は多い環境です。【具体的には】■Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.■Helping to set sales goals and targets, and monitoring the team s performance to ensure these are met or exceeded.■Training and coaching sales personnel to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.■Collaborating with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities and manage merchandising program to achieve business plan targets for company products and services.■Ensuring customer satisfaction through management of product and commercial issues. ■Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.【募集背景】新設・組織変更 |
