| 業務内容Job Description | We are looking for a person in charge of the sales position for Japanese enterprises. Describe the recruitment requirements for the Japanese Sales Manager’s position as follows. ・Take on business activities with businesses ・Approach potential companies (B2B - industrial factory) - main ・Deeply understand the customer’s HR operation and demand, and propose the optimum solution to solve the customer’s issues ・Maintain and expand the business of new Japanese accounts ・Create new leads, close the sales, and achieve the monthly & annual target revenue. ・Direct approach to the decision maker and establish the good relationship with the customer ・Make quotation and proposal document, work with team to meet the customer’s request, follow up orders till completion ・Collaborate with not only sales team also other teams including the development team, the operating team and so on to proceed the project. ・Have a clear strategy and business plan to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target of personal and Japanese account team as a team leader. ・Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales ・Channel management involves selling by channel |
| 必要経験Necessary Experience | ・At least 5 - 10 years of experience in the sales position to Enterprises related to IT software or IT services ・At least 1 - 3 years of experience in the sales management position to Enterprises related to IT software or IT services ・Can use business English well (Need to interact with Vietnamese employees in daily work) ・Japanese Native ・Good written and verbal communication skills in English ・Soft skills in: Communication, good solving, intelligent and inter-personal, networking, presentation, negotiation are highly required. ・Ability to go to business trip. ・Ability to work independently and able to work under high-pressure |
