| 業務内容Job Description | 【職務概要】 As field engineer in BA Food, you will care our customers after selling products. Your mission is to contribute to sales growth by selling parts mainly focusing on on-site services such as routine maintenance, repairs and trial runs. フードサービス部門のフィールドエンジニアとして、製品販売後のお客様へのアフターケア業務をご担当いただきます。 メンテナンス・修理・試運転等のオンサイトサービスを中心に、部品の販売を通じてカスタマーケア部門の売上に貢献することが ミッションです。 【具体的には】 ・Conduct Technical Support activities in order to ensure ELS’s customers aftersales services excellence （装置販売後のお客様のサポートを実施） ・Contribute to the revenue generate to Customer Care through sales of spare parts（オンサイトサービス（メンテナンス・修理・試運転）、部品の販売を通じてカスタマーケア部門の売上に貢献する） ・Provide technical support activities for food service equipment and facilities on site for dealers and customers an ad-hoc basis （自社製品、及び取り扱い機器の技術サポートを販売店やお客様向けに提供する） ・Manage and control all assigned service tasks （その他上記以外にアサインされたサービス関連業務の遂行） ・Responsible for manage service partner to provide the excellence technical service to the end customers （効率よく、品質の良いサービスを提供するために契約サービスパートナーを管 理・教育する） ・Responsible for close collaboration with Sales, Customer Care Center (Call Center) and SCM team （社内関係者と密に連携を取り、お客様のサポートを実施する） ・Input after service data to DarWin system （基幹システム（ダーウィン）の入力・更新・承認申請） ・Conduct technical training to internal ELS, and external customers and thi |
| 必要経験Necessary Experience | 【必須要件】・Servivce engineer experience of aftercare/repair/maintenance in kitchen instrument, cooking appliances and/or food-processing machinery （厨房機器、調理機器、食品加工機械のアフターケア/修理/メンテナンス等でサービスエンジニアの経験） ・Work experience in Japanese for Japanese customers in Japan （日本国内において日本語で業務を行った経験） ・Native Japanese and Intermediate English skills such as reading, emailing,communications with coworkers overseas （ネイティブレベルの日本語と読み書き、問い合わせができる英語力） |
